Today I have stocked up on innocent smoothies in an attempt to stop drinking energy drinks! I have been reading about the good work that the Innocent Foundation have been doing with charities that work to decrease hunger. A huge 10% of Innocent's profits go to charity. Wow!! A really amazing charity that they support is Send a Cow. Send a Cow work in Kenya to help farmers gain the skills they need to make a living as a farmer. They provide the seeds, livestock and ongoing support. Send a Cow operate on the 'pass it on' principle and the families they help are then asked to pass on young livestock, seeds and skills to other families.

Also, you can send 'compliments' to your friends via the website. Some are a little cheeky but it's just given me the idea to send some of my own compliments to some friends today as they are ace!
