Week 5
This week I have decided to have as much fun as I can, thus being kind to myself and those around me. It is easy to forget the fun in a busy life, but it's good to make time for it. This is especially so when stress in your life takes over. Yesterday I visited family and we had a lot of fun - there was lots of silliness, dancing, singing and laughter. Great stuff! I will be aiming to do at least one fun thing every day this week with whoever I am with....
