Week 12
It is really hard to hold back and not complain when something is getting out of hand. I find this very difficult. I rang a company to highlight their inadequacies (really often not doing what they should do and us having to pay extortionate amounts for the service). My plan was to state that I would like a reduction in the cost of the service if the poor service continued. I was greeted with a really patronising adviser claiming it was my fault and I had a choice to make -make a fuss or let it go. I let it go! Not easy!
